Experience in managing large Account Programs and/or involved in developing and executing overall project roadmaps, including the Agile delivery approach would be a plus.Able to make good decisions under pressure and to multi-task.Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving mindset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of internal and external stakeholders. Experience in identifying and managing risks and overseeing quality as part of the project delivery responsibilities. Experience in COTS (SAP and Oracle preferred) and/or cloud-based/SaaS solutions eg Salesforce, Workday etc. Minimum 8-10 years of systems implementation experience delivering large and/or complex ICT projects for external clients with at least 5-7 years in day to day project/program management. Contribute to the Firm’s knowledge management efforts, eg by working with engagement teams as required to sanitize, collect and publish quals and collaterals etc. Periodically identify, recommend and implement improvements to the quality management processes. Continually optimize the allocation of the Firm’s resources to minimize COQ. Report on project status to internal stakeholders and to Clients, mediating as required. Recommend corrective and/or mitigating actions as appropriate. Review projects from all perspectives including contract management, financial management, risk management, use of tools and methodologies, compliance to guidelines etc. Support QA Partners in conducting engagement reviews and checks on large active projects. Review project contract documents such as Statement of Work, Change Orders, Subcontractor agreements etc., to ensure that the delivery risks in the engagement are addressed at the start through the agreement. Assist project teams to deliver their financial targets and business outcomes by helping reduce the profit erosion on projects (Cost of Quality, COQ). Work as part of the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) team together with project teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
